Please read this agreement carefully, it is very important!
To the best of my knowledge, I am selling a healthy puppy. You (the purchaser) must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 4 working days of receiving your puppy; to have puppy health checked by a licensed veterinarian, you must then send me a copy of the examination within 1 day after the appointment. Failing to do so voids this Contract and health guarantee. If your veterinarian discovers the puppy has a defect, the puppy must be returned at the expense of owner (within 72 hours of appointment) this time period for a refund of a puppy of equal or greater value at our discretion minus age value. The puppy must be returned with a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating what's wrong with puppy that he or she is not sound in health, we require a licensed veterinarian’s signature on all documents! Failing to do so will cancel this health contract. We will not replace or refund for any reason but not limited to allergy, mortality, landlords disapprove, family problems or any other problems not related to health. Not Warrantee because of puppy illness caused by puppy not being taken care of or neglect or from being left out in the weather for long periods of time or injury, choking, poisoning, etc. No guarantee or warrantee are made for life span, size, colors or temperament, show quality or breed quality for any puppy-dog. Juels Rocky Mountain Schnauzers will not be liable for any expenses including but not limited to any veterinary bills or other expenses even if said puppy has health or genetic problem the breeder will replace puppy with money or another puppy at breeder’s discretion, limited to 2 years after purchase date. No refunds or replacement will be made on a deceased puppy until a necropsy has been done, and cause of death had been determined to be a birth defect. Such necropsy must be performed by a accredited institution set up for such procedure to determine cause of death. A necropsy performed by a local veterinarian will not be accepted. The breeder has the right to have the puppy examined by the breeder’s veterinarian. All expenses will be paid by the owner. Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from this guarantee. Buyers must contact Juels Rocky Mountain Schnauzers immediately upon discovery of illness or defect not doing do so, voids guarantee. We will replace the puppy with either money or another puppy at the breeder’s discretion.

This guarantee is void if there is any reason found that neglect or abuse has been used or let happen to your puppy, smoking in the home or buyer doesn't keep up on yearly health checkups or proper vaccinations and deworming, this must be done by a Licensed Veterinarian. If you don't have proof, you have kept up veterinarian health checks and vaccinations guarantee is also void. That means de-worming also, over vaccinations can also cause problems warrantee does not cover this. No guarantee is given for any kind of worm. coccidiosis, or giardia. These parasites are far too common to puppies and can be contacted from your water, soil or boarding facility. Puppies have been de-wormed on a frequent basis until you receive your puppy. It is your responsibility to continue to care for your puppy and check for parasites. No guarantee is given for Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or parvo, kennel cough, these are not hereditary and very preventable. Internal flea preventatives that contain pesticides, like Cap star, are not acceptable and cancels this guarantee. Over vaccination can cause long term problems and is not covered under this guarantee. If you choose to register your puppy with any Dog registry it must be prefix with Juels, not doing so voids the guarantee. Any dog that has sired or whelped one or more pups is no longer under this guarantee. If any claims are made it will require proof of health records from a licensed veterinarian or any other documents that might be needed by the us for our guarantee, yearly exams, updated vaccinations and fecal are required. Puppy has been vaccinated for para influenza, parvo virus, hepatitis, distemper and has been dewormed properly since birth. This contract, health agreement, guarantee is non-Transferable.

You have paid for therapy/companion pet only puppy or dog. You have no breeding rights at all, if you are caught breeding you agree to pay a fine of $5000 to Juels Rocky Mountain Schnauzers. You agree to 6 months and no later than 6 months to have your puppy spay or neutered and proof sent to me from a licensed Veterinarian in the time period of the 6 months. If the said puppy is not spayed or neutered in the time period of 6 months this contract-health agreement is completely void. No AKC papers are given unless you have paid for breed rights, This Puppy is being sold as a pet puppy only.

All puppies are of the same quality!
We do not require special dog food or vitamins for our 2-year guarantee. We do expect you to feed high-quality puppy-dog food to maintain health and a daily vitamin given, and proof you have done so. We feed Purina Pro foods recommended by our licensed vet!
Both parties agree that any claims or disputes of any kind must be made and held in Natrona County, Casper, Wyoming.
